DO Premium Wireless Speakers even REALLY exist?
I’ve been in the market for some portable bluetooth speakers for a while.
As far as premium options go, it’s very limited. Not only that, but after trifling through so many review articles and watching a lot of YouTube videos, I was finding it increasingly difficult to get premium sound + premium quality of build.
I was especially excited to try out the Dynaudio Music 1’s.
As an owner of the Dynaudio XEO 2’s- which I love- I had very high hopes for the new wireless offering from the Danish brand.
With the tagline, ‘world’s most intelligent wireless music system’, there was much to be excited about.
What excited me the most, besides the promise of high quality sound, was how good looking these speakers were.
At least online….Which I then confirmed in person.
NEED TO KNOW ABOUT MUSIC 1

- Incredibly powerful and loud (you wouldn’t think it’s a portable speaker when you hear the sound capabilities)
- Easy to set-up and connect to

- Dynaudio Music app (Android/iOS)
*Note, only 1 & 3 are wireless.
DESIGN
Battery-powered and compact so you can take your music literally anywhere.
Once you’ve connected to the speakers once, you don’t need to set it up again. Simply click a tune on your device (using your preferred music app), select your output (ie. Music 1’s) and you’re good to go.
PERFORMANCE/ TECHNOLOGY
Music 1 contains a 1 inch soft-dome tweeter and a 4 inch woofer.
The rechargeable battery gives you up to eight hours of continued music playback. Much like the XEO 2’s, the Music 1 speakers optimise the performance of your music using digital processing. This means that the speakers will adjust itself for differing noise-levels, so your music is always crisp and clear at any volume. (This can be customised using the Dynaudio Music app, which is available to download on Android & iOS devices.)
FINAL THOUGHTS
The Dynaudio Music range looks to be the answer to my prays. Portable, practical, gorgeous design, and enough juice to last the day.
I like to bring my music around with me, no matter what room I’m in, and the only alternative I have is to have my phone- which you can’t even compare to the quality of the Music 1 speakers. Gone are the days of me listening to music out loud on my phone.
Even my puppy is getting use of the Music 1 speakers when he needs some relaxing music to wind down at the end of the day, helping him ease into puppy-dream-land.
I’ve even had the pleasure of bringing the Music 1’s with me on my recent road trip with the INFINITI Q60 Red Sport. It was the perfect addition to the AirBnb, meaning my ears weren’t deprived of beautiful music, even on my weekened getaway.
If you’re looking for gorgeous speakers, that are incredibly practical then these are for you. But if you are unsure on the size, there’s a handy summary of the speakers to help you decide which Music speaker is right for you.
